Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the overall customers requirement and strategy of depolyment
• Create and renew the customer model
• Develop and lead customer service team to provide specailzed service to customers
• Identify service masurement framework and evalate feedbacks and service process
• Assist the HR Manager to handle ad hoc projects and assignments.
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in hospitality management or related principle
• Candidate with solid change management and opening/team set-up experience is a plus strategic planner with excellent leadershp skill
• a team player with willingness to assist whatever needed
• Goal-oriented and customer oriented, flexible, negotiation and analystical skill
• Strong communication skill of spoken and written included English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is an advantage
