Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the overall customers requirement and strategy of depolyment
- Create and renew the customer model
- Develop and lead customer service team to provide specailzed service to customers
- Identify service masurement framework and evalate feedbacks and service process
- Assist the HR Manager to handle ad hoc projects and assignments.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in hospitality management or related principle
- Candidate with solid change management and opening/team set-up experience is a plus strategic planner with excellent leadershp skill
- a team player with willingness to assist whatever needed
- Goal-oriented and customer oriented, flexible, negotiation and analystical skill
- Strong communication skill of spoken and written included English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is an advantage
