Job duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for data entry, policy issue, premium calculation;
• To supervise small insurance team
• To take up enquiries and complaints to meet company standard;
• To seek underwriter approval for risk outside company authority;
• To do administrative works including filing, premium collection

 Job Requirements

• F. 5 or above with IIQE Paper 1 & 2 qualification;
• Minimum 2 years working experience, prefer in general insurance;
• Experience in customer service is an asset;
• Well-organized and meticulous;
• Proficient in MS Office and email applications;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
