About the position:

The Travel Retail Manager is responsible for all Travel Retail related issues in APAC region. This includes sales, account management and marketing etc.  The role is responsible to set up Travel Retail strategy, formulate action plans and maintain good relationship with clients in order to achieve the sales and KPI targets.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Set Travel Retail strategy, making sound action plansto achieve the sales and KPI targets
• Responsible for the full P&L across the Travel Retail business
• Develop and consolidate sales with Travel Retail Accounts
• Conduct market visits to review business performance
• Ensure that current network of point of sales is performing to the best
• Build sustainable business relationships and provide high quality  customer services for the accounts
• Work closely with regional Visual Merchandising and Retail Training team to ensure proper executive of corporate standards
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing and Operations to
• Work closely with Merchandizing, Marketing and Operations to monitor product assortment, sales and inventory positions of all accounts
• Manage Asian based clients globally

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder with minimum 6 years of experience with Travel Retail preferably in affordable luxury goods in APAC region
• Great presentation skills , Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proactive, organized and detail-minded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC skills, such as MS office, reporting tools and Chinese word typing etc.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Willing to go on travel heavily
