Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service on import and export shipments
• Handle clients’ enquiries and complains
• Assist sales team to co-ordinate shipments with operations team, clients and agents in
• Hong Kong, China and overseas
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business or Logistics field
• At least 1-2 years working experiences  in freight forwarder or shipping company
• With customer services experiences would be advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with people of all levels
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, power point & e-mail
• Well-organized and outgoing
• Hard worker, quick learner and detail-minded
• Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently as well as being a team player
• Immediate available is preferred
