Job Summary

The incumbent of this position is responsible for analyzing the sales data and prepare the related sales report.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Study past sales data to understand customers / markets purchasing pattern, cycles and logics
• Track customer purchase in line with Asia Pacific merchandise assortment
• Design template or worksheet to simulate forecast in accordance to Asia Pacific merchandising plan to achieve sales targets and best fit for market needs
• Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate sales data
• Analyze sell through data to identify the best-selling models and understanding of its material type, pricing and product attributes
• Monitor customer / market purchase for new launch collection in accordance to individual customer commits
• Prepare presentation on monthly/quarterly/upon request based on the analysis on the sales records.
• Assist in data compilation to support monthly forecasting cycle
• Support in data collection to complete monthly Asia Pacific business summaries
• Keeping track of documents, samples and system setup required for new collection launches
• Follow up on customer setup/amendment on system, order processing, stock allocation and logistic issues when necessary

Job Requirements

• Degree holder ie Maths, Statistics, Finance or Business Studies etc
• Min 3 years retail experience on sales data analysis
• Strong in analyzing data and using it to identify trends, potential risks and opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and is analytical
• Resilience under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Excel & Powerpoint
• Familiar with ERP systems eg SAP
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Good team player, detailed oriented, hardworking and independent
• Immediate available is preferred
