Responsibilities

• Work closely with assigned key account chains and develop strong relationships with buyers.
• Plan and coordinate consumer and trade promotion activities to achieve company’s sales and distribution objectives.
• Liaise with key account chains effectively for formulation and execution of BTL activities in key chains with objectives of driving the off-take and maximizing brand visibility at store level. Make sure all trade / in-store promotion activities are well executed according to the plan.
• Monitor competitors' activities. Conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate promotion effectiveness and identify business opportunities.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• University graduate in business or related discipline is preferable but not a must.
• 2 years' key account/ trade marketing experience, exposure to FMCG industry is preferable. Solid experience in dealing with chains stores is an advantage.
• A team player with strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Detailed-minded, well organized, with good analytical and sensitive to numeric presentation.
• Energetic, hardworking, responsible, aggressive, self-motivated with strong sense of commitment and responsibility. Able to work under high pressure to meet deadline and handle multi-tasks.
• Eager to learn and strive for continuous.
• Proficient in using MS office (Word, Excel & Power-point) & Chinese processing is a must.
