Purpose of the position

• Developing locally controlled business, prepaid export and collect import, execute sales campaigns, managing support function, sales team and assigned sales district, farming and hunting customers and working together with Trade Lane Team for lanes development.

Key Responsibilities

Customers – New & Existing

• Promote DAMCO Brand and Values

• Increase DAMCO Exposure and Footprint

• Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships

• Develop and maintain strong existing customer high level relations

• Leading responsibility on Volume, File, CM1 impact

Oversea Networking

• Develop and maintain business relations with oversea network partner
• Lead business generation with network partner
• Oversea Business Trip fulfilment upon assignment

Trade Lane & Other Sales Channel

• Cooperation with Trade Lane Manager for TL development.
• Sales lead Generation and Execution w/ Oversea
• Customers Relation for TLM
• Implement and follow overall Commercial strategy and directives

Product, Development, Implementation Team

• Cooperation with Local, Cluster and Regional Products
• Facilitate business performance review & evaluation
• Lead and Drive for successful business implementation with CSO Team

Finance AR Issue

• Assist in account receivable issues

• Pipeline, system KPI fulfilment & monitoring

• Maintain good communication and working relationship with others functions.

Who we are looking for

• Degree holder or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience

• Interpersonal relationship

• Products (air & ocean & VAS) knowledge

• Strong negotiation skill

• Systems knowledge

• Familiar with local environment and working culture

• Very good presentation capabilities

• Entrepreneurial minded
