Job Description:

• Build positive relationships with Members that encourage and motivate;
• Monitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievement;
• Strategize with advocates and help them be more effective;
• Provide accurate and correct understanding and application of company compensation plan;
• Respond fairly and accurately to questions regarding the compensation plan;
• Handle exception requests and represent those requests when needed;
• Follow supervisor’s assignments and execute incidental duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s holders with minimum 5 years B2C or related working experience;
• Ability to establish professional relationships and partner with product consultants;
• A team player, outgoing and always with SMILE
• Ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns, and strategically solve problems;
• Familiarity with compensation plan of direct selling company;
• Proven ability to follow through on assignments and customer needs;
• Experience with the direct selling industry, retail or customer service preferred;
• Ability to quickly understand company tracking system;
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
