The successful candidate will support our Motor Group in the following duties:

• Review business performance and conduct analyses to provide practical advice on productivity and service quality enhancement
• Evaluate annual budgeting, business plans & proposals for motor related business transformation
• Lead and manage the team to explore and develop new business opportunities
• Support management by initiating and executing strategy, with timely progress checking
• Liaise with all levels of management and promote collaboration across departments involved
• Manage ad-hoc corporate projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 8 years post-degree solid experience in business analysis and development, preferably in motor and logistics related business, having business consulting experience desirable;
• Strong financial modeling and data analytics capabilities and project management skills;
• Excellent business acumen, and strong presentation and communication skills;
• Highly self-motivated good team player and mentor with pleasant & mature personality;
• Meticulous, able to work under pressure with attention to details in a well-organized manner;
• Previous exposure in PRC market with good understanding of PRC business culture an added advantage;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Ability to work independently with flexibility to work in a dynamic environment;
