Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and general reception duties

• Handling all incoming telephone calls/ couriers/ mails

• Assist in general office administrative work

• Perform various clerical supports as assigned by the supervisor 

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, pleasant and cheerful

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin)

• Proficient telephone manner and communication skills

• Self-motivated, hard working and service-oriented

• Willing to learn, well-organised with a strong sense of responsibility

• Good in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
