Job Responsibility:

• Handle client enquiries and follow up submission
• Coordinate and support between external clients and internal technical colleagues to meet the turnaround time of testing project and all related events
• Manage the relationship with the existing clients
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Candidate with more experience may considered as Senior Customer Service Coordinator

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry, Textile Technology or relevant disciplines
• Good computer literacy (MS Excel & Word)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
• Detailed-minded, high accuracy, patient and self-initiative
• Good interpersonal and communication skill,
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
