Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Handle client enquiries and follow up submission
- Coordinate and support between external clients and internal technical colleagues to meet the turnaround time of testing project and all related events
- Manage the relationship with the existing clients
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Candidate with more experience may considered as Senior Customer Service Coordinator
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry, Textile Technology or relevant disciplines
- Good computer literacy (MS Excel & Word)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
- Detailed-minded, high accuracy, patient and self-initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skill,
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
