RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serving Asia region on order taking, liaison with Distributors/Intercompany partners, working with vendors, and coordinating key matters related to Supply Chain effectiveness
• Define and coordinate rules of road regarding supply chain
• Manage system parameters to automate demand and supply replenishment
• Suggest best approach of logistics for order and physical product flow according to different nature of business units
• Take orders from customers and place orders to suppliers timely
• Work with planners in Asia about system setting and demand forecast
• Manage inventory to an optimum level
• Coordinate with vendors and define clearly the latest rules for stakeholders
• Coordinate new launch project in the region
• Prepare S&OP monthly materials for HK/regional folks
• Work closely with the import/export, warehouse team as well as the regulatory/quality folks to get things done

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Hi Diploma/Degree holder
• Good in mathematics and data analysis skill
• Strong Materials planning knowledge
• Team player
• 3 years solid experience in materials planning, better with regional exposure
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Sound knowledge in computer application systems
• Good interpersonal skill; well organizer; Understand demand cycle and operation in plant.
• Understanding of commercial business operations
• Quick learner; analytical mind
