Responsible to:  
Manager Compliance (MC)

Main Purpose of the job: 
Provides administrative support to Manager Compliance in the areas of Quality Assurance, Safety Management and Security, including QMS, SMS, SeMS, IOSA, FDAP, TKE and AQD.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Maintains the AHK Document Management Contracts File system in accordance with QMS requirements.
2. Serves as the Document Control Coordinator (DCC) in accordance with the QMS program.
3. Performs internal (departmental) and external audits as instructed by MC.
4. Performs unsupervised duty travel assignments in conjunction with Quality, Safety & Security objectives as assigned by the MC.
5. Provides administrative support to MC as required of the Flight Data Analysis Programme (FDAP).
6. Provides administrative support to MC to maintain & manage the Aviation Quality Database (AQD).
7. Compiles safety statistics and prepares reports as required of the Air Safety Review (ASRC) Committee.
8. Provides administrative support to MC as directed in internal preparation and administration of the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) and assists in maintaining compliance as required.
9. Provides administrative support to MC to define and implement E&A activities (CMM).
10. Provides administrative support to MC in the areas of Computer Based Training (CBT).
11. Invigilate Theoretical Knowledge Examinations (TKE) in accordance with HKCAD requirements and ensure integrity of the examination system and procedures.
12. Other ad hoc duties as defined by MC.

Minimum Qualifications
• Tertiary Education
• Aviation Management Education specialization (preferred)
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Sound interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team
• Computer skills (WORD, EXCEL, AQD)

Minimum Experience
• 2 years airline experience  
• Safety Management Training
• Quality Management Training
• Aviation Security Management Training
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Civil Aviation requirements and aviation law
