Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Logistics Manager superstar to join our team. The Manager will support Grana's growing international e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a strong logistics background with experience in e-commerce and omni-channel operations.
 
Beyond supporting the actual parcel shipping operations, the Manager is dedicated to creating an outstanding customer experience by providing reliable carrier solutions, multiple delivery options and excellent visibility. In addition, you would be responsible for developing a streamlined and cost-efficient inbound freight logistics from our factories to our warehouse.
 
Being based in the world's largest logistics hub of Hong Kong, we pride ourselves on having logistics at our core. Shipping to 14 countries from day 1, we aim to ship to over 200 countries by 2020 and you will be a crucial part to fulfill that ambition. Ensuring customer satisfaction is the highest priority and you will work closely with all the other divisions including product, customer service and warehouse to make sure we are the most loved company in the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary transportation contact for the e-commerce and omnichannel divisions regarding all carrier related business needs (e.g. service issues, reporting, data analysis, etc.)
  • Support international business growth by establishing new and creative delivery solutions in an ever-changing e-commerce customer climate
  • Lead meetings with the e-commerce business partners and service providers to drive results
  • Perform intermediate cost and process analysis and leverage results to make key decisions
  • Develop integrated expenses analyses, reports and presentations to identify exceptions and trends
  • Hold service providers accountable for performance by challenging appropriately and effectively
  • Lead process improvements within transportation, DC operations and e-commerce
  • Display a working knowledge of small parcel carrier rates and services and leverage knowledge to properly support the business
  • Support IT system development and implementation as needed
  • Identify problems and implement resolutions in a timely fashion
  • Make a positive impact on the business by keeping expense management and customer experience at the forefront of decision making
  • Identify freight savings opportunities, implement process changes, and measure and report results
  • Work with senior management in evaluating and selecting service providers

You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Concentration in Supply Chain/Logistics or Operations Management preferred
  • 2-4 years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in Retail and/or e-commerce
  • Experience with parcel shipping preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers, lead conversations/meetings and influence others
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively and be willing to accept and provide direction
  • Creative thinking skills, willingness to share opinion and challenge the status quo
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment and manage competing priorities
  • Strong ability to dissect and speak to analytical information
  • Positive attitude and the ability to change direction with little notice
