Job Descriptions:

• Processing orders, shipping documents and delivery arrangements
• Coordinate with China suppliers for samples and production requirements
• Maintain systems and reports update of order status
• Organize and maintain a systematic and effective filing system
• Support ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year working experience related to operation in trading or manufacturing industry
• 3 years or more solid working experience related to operation in trading or manufacturing industry will be considered as Logistics Officer
• Handle full set of shipping documents, Import & Export documents independently
• Proficient in PC operations, include MS Word, Excel, Access & Chinese WP
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
• Responsible, independent, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
