Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small team for air and sea import and export shipment/ documentation
• Communicate and follow up the shipments with oversea offices & agents
• Booking and coordinate with carriers and coloaders
• Handle customers and carriers inquiries, complaints follow up
• Interpret and collate statistical and operation information for reporting
• Any other assignment as and when requested by the logistics director
  
  
  

Requirements:

• F.5 Graduate or above
• Possess 2 – 3 years or above working experience in air/sea freight industry
• Proficient in MS office including word and excel
• Good relationship with carriers and coloaders
• Independent, analytical, responsible, well-organized, attend to details and willing to work under pressure
• Good communication in English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
