Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of import/export documents,
• Order processing and inventory control;
• Liaise and coordinate with overseas office, customers, vendors and all transportation companies;
• Organize the shipments and monitor delivery schedule on time;
• Support logistics operations by providing expertise and solutions to operational needs;
• Propose actions for the logistics improvement and follow up the implementation;
• Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years solid shipping experiences;
• Textile manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred;
• Handling full set of I/E shipping documents under L/C, DA, DP documents;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Detail-minded, good team player and work independent.
• Proficiently in MS office, Excel/Word
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
