We are currently seeking a Global Fulfillment and Logistic Expert to manage and expand our international distribution network. For exceptional candidates this is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global company in a vital operations position.

You will need to have the ability to travel globally when required.  You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for a variety of important tasks for the company. You will need to be highly organized and require to work in multi-time zones as the CEO is often travelling. 

Duties Will Include:

• Manage global inventory while ensuring fulfillment continuity without large inventory investments

• Track daily shipments and provide real time updates to management and relative venders

• Analyze and optimize shipping efficiency and fulfilment performance for cost reductions

• Negotiate shipping and handling rates with fulfillment and logistic providers

• Expand global partnerships with fulfillment and logistic provider

• Work with software developers to streamline inventory and fulfillment processes using our CRM

• Regularly audit stock and shipping invoices

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

• Experience with global B2B and B2C fulfillment and logistic operations

• Experience in dealing with fulfillment and logistic providers

• Ability to work with multi-time zones efficiently and collaborate seamlessly with offshore personnel

• Ability to travel on demand

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required if candidate possesses relevant experience

• 3-5 years of production management experience

• Strong planning, organizing, problem solving and scheduling abilities

• Ability to work successfully with a minimum of supervision, and pay attention to details

• A passion for reducing costs by scrutinizing and managing important details

• Possesses strong negotiation skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Must be able to think creatively and have a proven track record in negotiating terms for shipping and fulfillment deals

• Positive, team-oriented personality with the desire, ability and drive to ride a steep, continuous learning curve

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Knowledge of all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills.

• Must be a self-motivator with a strong work ethic

• Read and write traditional and simplified Chinese
