Job duties:

• Handle daily shipment operation and full set of I/E documents independently.
• Follow up sales orders and correspondence between customer, factory.
• Work with internal & external parties to ensure products and services to customers are efficient.
• Responsible for other routine administrative work assigned by senior.
• Hard working, responsible and self-motivated & Can work under pressure.
• Perform Tradelink EDI/ ERP entry is preferable.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above.
  
• Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Detail minded, self-motivated, work independently, well organized  & willing to learn.
• Able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
• Assist ad-hoc assignment if required.
• Immediately availability is an advantage.
