Responsibilities

• Supervise the Contract Logistics team and delegate the works to the team
• Handle the operation of contract logistics of selected accounts
• Ensure all parties, including the team and contractors to implement the SOP without error and in accordance with KPI requirements
• Orientation to new staff and train the team and contractors for new procedures and system
• Assist the Warehouse Management to work out SOP for clients
• Assist the Warehouse Management in claims/incidents investigation
• Co-ordinate with clients and the team for contingency and ad-hoc job if applicable
• Participate in operation review meeting
• Reporting
• Work location: Tuen Mun

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines is a must
• At least 2 years relevant experience in operation of contract logistics, experience in supervisory position would be an added advantage
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Good interpersonal skill and problem solving skill
• Familiar with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
