REQUIREMENTS :

• University graduate with at least 5 years' relevant working experience preferably in hospitality industry
• Presentable and have strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Able to provide staff training on site and is good at coaching
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Directly report to the Assistant General manager, the position will act as the key personnel to support the operations team with specific focus on enhancing the quality of the cinema customer service standard
• Require to conduct frequent site visit for staff training and monitoring
• Accountable for developing effective schemes and programmes to manage and sustain the operation standard of the frontline staff
• Responsible for staff recruitment
• Carry other routine operation related tasks as required
