Job Description

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for full sets of accounts and accounting functions

- Handle daily accounting operations including handling payments

- Prepare monthly management reports, annual budgeting and financial statements

- Handle statutory audit, tax filing matters and liaise with external auditors

- Prepare payrolls and payrolls tax reporting and control income and expenditure

- Conduct financial forecasting, value-added financial analysis and analysis financial portfolio

- Responsible for implementing the company’s financial reporting policies and procedures, set up automated financial accounting system

Job Requirement

- Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

- 4-5 years relevant accounting working experience and preferably in property investment industry

- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)

- Proficiency in MS Office and MYOB
