The successful candidate is required to lead the HR and Administration team for providing full spectrum of HR and administrative services to our PRC office including but not limited to: 

• perform all-round HR functions including manpower planning, staffing, compensation and benefit administration, training and employee relationship

• assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR and Administration policies and procedures

• oversee the administrative operations and office support services

• handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree in HR Management or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience with good exposure in PRC HR operation of which 5 years at managerial level preferably in manufacturing industry

• Well versed in PRC labour ordinance

• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

• Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills are essential

• Able to work independently, initiative and energetic
