Job Duties

• To prepare the maintenance strategies and procedures;
• To plan, lead and supervise a maintenance team and subcontractor to carry out day-to-day routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults;
• To plan and control maintenance tools, spares and costs;
• To diagnose and report breakdown problems and related engineering issues;
• To improve maintenance, health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of E&M facilities ( If candidate who has experience less than 5 years, he will be considered as Engineer)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese language
• Professional membership from a relevant organization is advantageous
