Essential requirements:

• Permanent Hong Kong resident
• A belief in human potential
• Strong ethics, values and integrity
• Good communication skills in English
• A desire to work in outdoor locations
  
  
  

Preferred:

• Bronze Medallion life saving qualifications or equivalent
• First Aid qualifications or equivalent
• Experience in some outdoor activities like hiking, camping, sailing or sea kayaking.
  
  
  

Shortlist potential applicants will be invited for selection programme.

Qualified candidates will receive an intensive Instructor Training Programme including hard and soft skills training and mentoring. Training will be started in mid April 2016.
