This is a Project Management opportunity within a thriving and rapidly expanding Hong Kong based nutritional food & drinks Production Company. You will be responsible for leading projects of multiple innovation and commercialization products from R&D stages to new product development.

Responsibilities: 

• Driving Projects from discovery, development, to product launch phases for successful dairy based nutritional products.
• Effectively collaborating internally and cross functionally among multiple operations departments and key project stakeholders.
• Interacting within external technical subject matter experts to validate current technologies, scientific advances, regulationsand compliance.
• Developing new nutritional technologies and products utilizing open innovation and external co-development involving bioactive ingredients, dairy science, nutrients, vitamins, flavor chemistry, and nutritional food components.
• Working with operations staff to ensure new products are compatible with current manufacturing processes
• Controlling project costs within the approved budget

Requirements:

• BS in Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or Food Science Related Field. 
• 5+ years successful Project Management experience.
• Experience in working within a regulated Food & Beverage, Nutritional Products, or Chinese medicine industry experience preferred.
• Strong in developing nutritional food products from discovery, development, to product launch to commercialization phases.
• Ability to effectively communicate science and technological concepts to technical and non technical audiences at multiple levels through a variety of formats to enable sound business decisions.
• Food Science background involving ingredients, dairy science, nutrients, vitamins, flavor chemistry, nutritional food components, or sensory science a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects with overlapping timelines
