職 責:

1. 向管理層匯報店舖營運狀況及客戶意見、推動生意、處理投訴等
2. 管理店舖日常運作，分析營業額、控制成本及監控產品質素
3. 確保店舖衛生整潔，食品安全等
4. 培訓及指導員工，提高員工士氣

要求:

1. 中五或以上程度，具3年或以上餐飲業經驗，有管理團隊經驗更佳
2. 有責任感、具領導才能、勇於接受不同挑戰
3. 主動積極，對韓國飲食文化有興趣
4. 良好中文及英語水平
5. 具有良好服務態度及溝通技巧，持有衛生經理或督導員証書更佳

工作時間:

上午11時至晚上11時，需輪休及落場

每日9小時工作, 每週工作6天
