Job Description
Requirements:
- Hold Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- 0 to 2 year(s) IT support experience
- Knowledge in network, PC Hardware and Software (MS Office and Windows) are must
- Holder of ITIL, MCSE and CCNA is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in Juniper, Cisco, F5, HP Blade, Cloud migration is an advantage
- Able to work independently and under high pressure
- Good English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality helpdesk support to in-house users and subsidiaries member
- Standard Procedure and Deskside documentation updating
- To test and evaluate new/enhanced versions of software/hardware
- To assist in project work to upgrade or implement new systems
