Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy customer relationship management processes and focus on customer satisfaction
• Lead Sales & Marketing team to promote and generate business
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
• Develop strategies in line with the company policy and other guidelines
• Identify and effectively pursue relevant business opportunities
• Work with other leaders and operation staff to effectively deliver high quality services
• Effective planning and forecasting of sales performance
• Aggressively deploy new business and growth initiatives
• Establish good business relationship with potential clients and business partners
• Manage the performance, career development and succession planning for all sales employees in the team
• Meet financial targets

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent
• At least 10 years of solid sales & marketing experience, which 5 years should be at managerial level
• Experience serving Corporate Clients
• Medical background is an advantage
• Possess strong sales technique and sound financial sense in business execution
• Proven managerial and business success track record
• Passionate, motivated, aggressive and results focused
• Strong strategic thinking/problem solving skills
• Good people management and development skill
• Good team player and relationship builder with superiors, peers and subordinates
• Strong communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
