Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day businesses and lead the sales team staff to achieve Company targets; Drive sales projects and ensure the sales strategies adhered to;
• Participate in development of sales projects and lead implementation of the team;
• Assist in sales proposals and participate in client visits and presentation;
• Solicit clients for appropriate marketing solutions, provide solutions and advises to clients on advertising campaigns
• Maintain close relationship with clients and advertising agencies in relation to advertising sales business;
• Keep abreast of the market developments and formulate proposals for new sales initiatives in response to the market situation;
• Provide and support the Management in daily management and development of the sales team;
• Liaise with all businesses partners for advertising activities.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Min 5 years relevant experience in advertising sales / media sales experience; online advertising agency background a definitely advantage
• Network of contacts and relationships an advantage
• Passion in the advertising field –multimedia, new media, digital marketing
• Confident, tenacious, resilient, and maintaining a positive attitude
• Proficient in Internet, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel are essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Account Executive
