Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of Cross Border Country Management
• Increasing cross-border sales for regional sellers into assigned market
• Identifying and increasing the right assortment for cross-border sellers into assigned market
• Ensuring that cross-border sellers participate in all relevant marketing activities run by Lazada
• Maintaining a close relationship with category managers in the country and key account managers in the cross-border team
• Steering a team of dedicated key account managers for cross-border sellers
• Defining strategy and priorities for vendor acquisition
• Highlighting new opportunities to develop revenues

Requirements:

• Strong problem solving skills and a structured approach
• Past 2-3 years’ experience in sales, account management, and/or consulting
• Past work experience in e-commerce is preferable
• Knowledge of both English and Cantonese (and/or Mandarin) an advantage
• Ideally an extrovert personality with ability to work in a competitive environment
