We are looking for a high caliber candidate for the position of Customer Service and Reservation Cargo Officer.

 

Customer Service and Reservation Cargo Officer – Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure the smooth handling of all day to day cargo booking activities for the Hong Kong station.
  • Communicate regularly with local customers on reservation and flight status.
  • Ensure the timely system input.
  • Liaise with Turkish Cargo Headquarter team for tracing and provide necessary follow-up with customers.
  • Respond to customers’ questions, problems, requests and/or complaints.
  • Handle the daily flight planning.
  • Report to Hong Kong Regional Cargo Manager

 Requirements

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Candidate with working experience and knowledge in air cargo handling is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal skill, Independent, self-motivated and a good team player.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Shift duties on Saturday and public holiday is required.
