Regal Executives is currently looking for candidates to join our elite team, who is interested in getting ready to become a professional head hunter in the banking and finance industry.

Responsibilities: 

1. To understand clients' requirement, define search parameter.
2. Identify, interview and short list candidates
3. To prepare candidate report and arrange interviews for clients and candidates.
4. To keep all records in the database properly.
5. Follow up with client and candidates after each interview.
6. Conduct reference checks.

Requirements:

1. All levels of candidates, from Fresh Grads to Experienced Consultants are welcome.
2. Outgoing, professional personality with excellent communication skill
3. Proficient in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
4. Degree holder.
5. Cheerful, self-driven, a good team player

Attractive basic salary, Senior Consultants & Team Heads are welcome, non-experienced and Fresh Grads will be considered as Junior Consultant.
