Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer order entry including invoicing, delivery note, shipping document for customer accounts as assigned
• Communicate with customers to arrange goods delivery
• Monitor and track shipments and answer the enquiries from other relevant departments and customers in a timely manner
• Handle products repair enquiries from customers
• Physical stock in-out control and stock data entry
• Work with 3^rd party warehouse
• Ad hoc project as assigned by Supervisor
• Any other assignments as directed by Supervisor
  
  
  

Requirements:

• School Certificate or above
• Full set of Shipping & I/E documents
• 3-4 years relevant experience in shipping / logistic, I/E trading
• Well master Tradelink declaration & Logistical softwares
• Dedicated, dynamic and willing-to-learn
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office especially MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, macros etc.)
