Responsibilities

- Provide general human resources services to staff

- Provide administrative support to HR department

- Responsible for the Staff benefits function, e.g. attendance & leave management, MPF & Insurance      management, etc.

- Support various daily HR function such as recruitment, employee relation, compensation & benefits, etc

- Assist in ad-hoc projects if assigned

Requirements

- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent discipline

- 7-8 years relevant experience, preferably in multinational companies

- Strong communications and organization skills

- Energetic, mature, independent and able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Excel)
