Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for daily maintenance and reconciliation of full books of accounts;
• Assist in month-end closing;
• Prepare various internal weekly and monthly reports;
• Prepare information and schedules for audit purposes and liaise with auditors;
• Accounting, administrative & ad hoc projects as required by management.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines;
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel etc.;
• 1 to 2 years working experience preferably in financial services industry;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must;
• Independent, well-organized, responsible and detail minded with good interpersonal skills;
• Immediate availability is preferable.
