Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the division MD and a functional reporting line to the Polyconcept Far East Financial Controller
• Handling full set of accounts
• Monitor reconciliation of accounts and keep track on issues raised
• Handling month-end closing,including the reporting of the Management Accounts in a timely and accurate manner and account schedules
• Preparing Financial analysis of reported Management Accounts
• Preparing Budget and rolling forecasts in collaboration with Management
• Cost allocation control
• Cash flow planning, treasury forecasts as well as treasury management in general
• Monitor Fixed Asset/ Inventory control with relative department
• Managing of relationships with IRD, auditors and professional advisors
• Management and close follow-up on 3rd party trade receivables
• Prepare payroll, MPF and employee tax filing
• Responsible for other ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance and Accounting, member of ACCA/HKICPA is preferable
• At least 7 years’ accounting working experience and experience in a sourcing / trading company environment will be a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin will be a plus
• Excellent PC skills especially in MS Office Applications. Knowledge in HFM system is an advantage
• ‘Hands on’ and willing to work in a small team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, detail-minded, adaptive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
