Responsibilities:

- Prepare A/P, A/R transactions, responsible for accurate and timely closing of the month end financial statement

- Responsible for preparing and analyzing of financial accounting and management reporting

- Prepare and liaise with off-shore colleagues for monthly routine journal entries

- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of balance sheet schedules

- Participate in annual budget process

- Responsible for the monthly cashflow forecasting

- Assist in coordinating with other offshore offices and internal departments to streamline and improve reporting process and strengthen internal control

- To assist in other ad hoc projects analysis and reporting

- Supporting the fixed asset acquisition and disposal

Requirements:

- Higher diploma in Accounting or degree holder major in Accounting is preferred

- At least 2 years accounting experience in MNC company is preferred; experience in Engineering Consultancy and Construction company is a definite advantage

- High proficient in MS office and experience in using ERP system is a definite advantage

- Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-minded, able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when necessary

- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin

- Immediately available preferred
