Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in sourcing suitable products and materials, obtaining quotations, identifying, evaluating and acquiring new suppliers according to the users’ requirements. He / she will also be responsible for ensuring orders delivery and maintaining related purchasing records.

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with 2 years purchasing experience, preferable gained in sizeable organizations or hotel industry
• Good business network with printing suppliers is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and a good team player and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
