Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in arranging Training and Educational Courses to the association members
• To prepare marketing and educational material for courses
• To update students' files, accounts and databases
• To provide supporting for Jewelry seminars and events
• To handle and record all courses' inquiries
• To assist and participate in ad hoc project as required
  
  

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with 2 years working experiences
• Good Communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong PC knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Qualification in GIA / FGA or good knowledge about gemstones is preferable
• Outgoing, with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills,ableto work independently and under pressure.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position for Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
