Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for material sourcing and vendor selection;
• Handle quotation comparison/analysis and price negotiation with vendors;
• Prepare purchase contract document, purchase order etc.;
• Liaise with production teams in determining needs and timelines;
• Co-ordinate the team of logistic and warehouse.
• Report duty to Administration Manager.

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, with at least 2 years solid experience in related industry (printing or paper)
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both oral and written);
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP;
• Proactive and able to work under pressure;
• Independent, self-motivated, committed and a good team player.
