Our client, a Japan company in Hong Kong is now looking for suitable candidates for the mentioned position:

1. Japanese N2 or above / 

2. No need Japanese

Job descriptions:

• Handle general sales supporting duties such as prepare quotation, issue invoice, delivery arrangement, sales order management
• Provide assistance for Sales team on sales forecasting, issue sales report and any other ad hoc duties
• Follow up the payment with customer
• Liaise with Japan Headquarter and other group companies in China
• Other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above, preferable with F.7
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Good command of Spoken Japanese (JLPT N2 or above, not a must), English and Mandarin
• Mature, detail minded with excellent interpersonal skills
