Our client, a reputable listed bank, is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join their Private Banking team, the candidate is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit review for credit application due for renewal, new initiations and facilities restructure for private banking and wealth management clients
• Perform credit risk evaluation and make recommendation for management approval
• Monitor customers' investment activities with compliance with the Bank's lending guideline and approval conditions
• Manage private banker's request and interact with them where necessary in credit control process with aim at optimizing banker's satisfaction without compromising the credit quality
• Conduct investment product risk assessments and risk monitoring

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a similar function with good knowledge in credit analysis, credit approvals and risk monitoring within a Private Banking environment
• Familiar with private banking and investment products
• Good understanding of credit policies, credit operations procedures, practices and rules
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
