工作職責

1. 協助各類企業融資項目，包括首次公開招股, 股權投資，項目併購，債券發行，成立合資企業，進行跨境人民幣貸款和其他類型的交易;
2. 參與企業融資項目的執行和管理，包括盡職調查，財務分析，審查交易記錄和經營效益分析等;
3. 與團隊共同完成新項目的各項前期工作，包括準備盡職調查，法律文件，市場推廣的材料，路演和項目定價等;
4. 獨立完成公司安排的其他相關工作。

任職資格

1. 5年或以上相關企業融資或項目管理經驗, 具財務機構或專業服務機構工作經驗者優先考慮;
2. 能夠同時處理多項工作任務，在工作壓力下工作;
3. 能操流利的粵語、普通話及英語,優秀的中英文書能力;
4. 學習能力較強, 做事小心謹慎, 主動性較強及有良好的團隊合作精神;
5. 有潛質申請人若經驗較淺, 將獲考慮其他初級職位。

Job Description

1. Provide support in handling corporate finance projects including IPO, pre-IPO investments, M&A, debt issuance, joint ventures, cross boarder RMB loans and other types of transactions;
2. Assist the execution and management of corporate finance projects, including due diligence, research on financial analysis, reviewing transaction documentation and analysis of business performance;
3. Work closely with team members and involve in all aspects of new issues including due diligence, legal, documentation, preparing marketing slides, roadshow and pricing;
4. Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company, and perform all functions independently.

Job Specification

1. 5 years’ relevant corporate finance experience or project management experience. Strong preference for candidates with financial or professional institution experience;
2. Able to manage multi-tasks and work under pressure;
3. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
4. Quick learner with detailed minded. Self-motivated and a good team player ;
5. Potential candidate with less experience will be considered for a junior position.
