Responsibilities 

• Responsible for server, network and firewall maintenance and trouble shooting
• Provide technical support for internal users and shop users, including PC hardware and software installation and trouble shooting
• Keep proper inventory records on all IT equipment and software
• Co-ordinate with service consultants on server, network, IT equipment and telephone system support and maintenance
• Perform on-site POS support and maintenance

Requirements

• High Diploma/ Degree holder in Computer Science or Equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience;
• Hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, Ruckus AP, Cisco Firewall and VPN configuration
• Holder of MCSE, CCNA
• Knowledge of POS system preferred
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese is a must.

Fresh grad is also welcome!!!
