The incumbent will be responsible for managing and driving of consumer promotions for retail/ trade business in accordance with company objectives, marketing plan and annual budget.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement marketing programs for concept shops to achieve desirable brand image, maximize retail presence and meet business objectives
• Negotiate and cooperate with business partners to develop consumer promotion calendar such as selection of advertising media and, new product launch, etc
• Control A&P expenses and ensure effective and efficient use
• Monitor the marketing and promotion planning process to ensure promotions are planned and executed on schedule
• Lead the display team to improve in-store visual merchandising

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' marketing experiences in managerial level, preferably gained from apparel/ footwear/ sports categories 
• Candidates coming from FMCG with retail marketing background will also be considered
• Strong communication skills and business sense
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
