Roles and responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project coordination & administration works
• Maintain effective communication with key accounts, creative teams & other parties
• Work closely with creative teams and third party resources to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and with good quality
• Prepare proposals and present creative ideas to clients for approvals or modifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing,communications or related disciplines 
• Experience in managing both digital and below-the-line advertising
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Positive, energetic and proactive with a willing-to-learn attitude
• Detail-minded, well-organised, high motivated, responsible and a good team leader
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Pleasant, independent and willing to work overtime
• Willing to work under high pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
