Responsibilities:

• Handle various of I/E and local delivery documents independently
• Coordinate with vendors, forwarders, transportation companies and internal parties to ensure timely shipment and arrange shipments, good deliveries and receiving
• Perform daily purchasing transactions and procurement activities
• Maintain up to date inventory record
• Responsible for logistics coordination
• Preparing documents and reports
• Maintain and update delivery records
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with minimum 2 years experience in field of purchasing or logistics industries
• Well organization and time management skills with the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
• Strong knowledge of import / export documentation and solid understanding of Inco terms
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word is required
• Willing and able to travel
• Immediate available preferred
