Responsibilities

• Design, organize and execute Corporate Learning and Development Initiatives, Projects and Programs to address the Group’s and Business Units' learning and development needs and cultivate learning culture
• Assist in coordinating with internal and external partners to develop learning and development solutions
• Manage and monitor the performance and quality of external vendors/ consultants/ service providers
• Assist in developing and implementing learning and development policies and procedures
• Assist in designing and developing appropriate talent management and development solutions, instruments, frameworks, plans, processes, mechanisms and measurement criteria

Requirements

• University graduate
• Candidate with psychometric assessment qualification is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations or listed companies  of which at least 2 years in Assistant Manager capacity
• Creative, good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent service mind set, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
• Proficient in computer skills, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
• Frequent travel to the Mainland to facilitate training events is required
