POSITION OBJECTIVE 

The incumbent will maintain excellent dealership and relationship with customers with aims to achieve sales targets and grow business in HK market with regard to the company business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Build and maintain excellent relationship with dealer sales representatives and customers
• Achieve sales targets and pursue new market opportunities based on the business strategy
• Demonstrate thorough insight into financial products and programs and explain the benefits to both internal and external parties
• Prepare vehicle finance quotations and explain the credit application process to customers, as well as follow up timely on any outstanding
• Participate in sales and marketing events to promote financial products and services
• Work closely with the Credit Operations Team to provide a fast credit approval services to the customers
• Liaise with Sales Controlling and contribute to product/campaign design and roll-out
• Prepare sales and KPIs reports for management review
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at growing business in HK

REQUIREMENTS 

• Degree in Business Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in sales, customer service or financial services, experience in automotive industry is an advantage
• Experience with asset based financing, consumer loans or insurance is an advantage
• Diligent handling of customer documents and customer information
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and attention to detail
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese both written & oral
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Willing to perform duties for the marketing and sales activities/events during evening, weekends and public holidays if required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive
